What would you do

I had a plans setup with my co worker to go out. She came in on a day while I was working and she wasn’t the day before our plans. She told me she had to cancel because of work calling her in for another store. So im just like ok she’s tryna let me down easy. She gifted me a cookie and was like I’m really sorry for canceling. What do we think about this situation any advice on what do is helpful thank you.
