I lent a coworker some of my photography gear for a day bc he was doing some freelance work and asked if he could borrow it. I was happy to help him out and he returned it to me in good condition.
He’s now asking to borrow it again after a couple weeks and I don’t want to keep lending it out. I was ok with it being a one time thing, but even when he had it I felt nervous that it would get damaged and it be a few hundred dollars to replace.
How do I say no? I feel extremely awkward about it since I lent it out one time already and he probably expects it’s a not a big deal to borrow it again. I also need to keep seeing him at work and I don’t want him to be mad at me. I’m feeling quite anxious about the whole thing
