Partner (35m) won’t clean smegma off penis. I’m (26F) losing interest in bjs?

My (26F) partner’s (35M)penis has smegma underneath the foreskin. I’ve brought this up many times before but he just won’t pull back the damn skin to clean it properly. Trust me. I’ve tried to tell him. I’ve even tried getting in the shower and cleaning it for him and it just makes me lose the mood for it. Sometimes he’s ok w that. Sometimes not. I get in my head too much when I give oral now. Like I used to enjoy it. Now it’s just gross?? Sometimes the white stuff gets stuck on my lips and I have to wipe it off secretly. Also, idk how I never noticed the smell when we’ve been together for 3 years. I noticed it more after I got pregnant. Should I just suck it up? Pun intended. Help.
