how to say what you wanna say in a good way?

sometimes when I say something I deliver it in a 'weird' way where others don‘t really understand what I‘m saying. it‘s not that what I say is necessarily 'weird' or unclear, it‘s just that the way I deliver it makes it not understandable. is there any way to improve this? like how to deliver what you wanna say in an understandable and good way?
