Uncontrollable laughter whenever I talk to friends whether the situation calls for it or not, is there any way to stop this?

Whenever I talk with my friends I get hysterical, laughing uncontrollably, always smiling wide, and it doesn't stop. It doesnt matter if anything funny is happening, it doesnt matter how I feel, it doesnt matter if its innapropriet for the situation. It just does not stop.
