I would like to make a list of the EU countries where is the easiest and cheapest to open and operate small companies.
The purpose is not to find the tax heaven in Europe but the country with easiest access to entrepreneurship and understand which country has the most modern and liberal approach.
I know for example that in countries like Italy you still have to pay the Notary like in middle ages, or in France you have to pay the Newspaper tax calculated on the number of letters of your declarations to people like Bernard Arnault who own the press because of a XIX century law.
