simply put i’m not sure how to make friends in high school. i went to a small school for k-9 and my class only had like 25 kids. but now im going to a much bigger school (300 kids in my class) and im not sure how to make friends. granted it started about a week ago i just feel behind compared to everyone else. during classes i can make do it’s just during lunch where the real struggle is.
my school has four lunch periods and each is a mix of the four grades. so everyone who i do talk to and be friendly with ends up having a different lunch then me which is a real bummer, especially because i feel like they’ll make friends and then we won’t ever be as close. i know people say find people sitting alone yet i feel like no one else is.
any advice would be helpful. thanks!
