My gf was bleeding really badly after s**

This is the first time we’ve done it, It was going all the way down her legs, there were blood clots shortly after, eventually the bleeding got mild and it stopped temporarily when we went to bed. But it started back up really dark and is now spotting. Idk what to do and I’m very scared please help, she can’t go to the hospital/doctor because she is 16 and her father is very strict, the blood was really really bad her entire bath looked like a crime scene idk what to do | EDIT: she is not on her period it is nowhere close to her period date / this isn’t what a normal period would look like for her anyway
