Internal pain after sex?

So i just had sex like I wanna say 10 minutes ago? And you know we did our thing and finished up. I stayed on the bed for a couple minutes, like 1-2 minutes just to catch my breath then went to clean up. All of the sudden i get this horrible pain like in my vaginal area. Like almost cramp like. And its bad like pain level 10. I feel kinda nauseous. The pain feels like its inside my vagina and even in my ass. Ik this is pretty TMI but I want to know if any of yall have experienced this before. I want to avoid going to the ER cuz of money and my boyfriends mom doesn’t know that we have sex.
