Light cramping / sensation and pain down there after intercourse?

So Monday around 1am I had unprotected sex . I haven’t done anything in 7 months so when he inserted it it was really painful ( kinda like the pain when you lose your vCard) and the whole time was pretty painful . That following day after I woke up was pain down there and light cramping . The next day it still feels pretty sore/ painful . Is that normal or should I be concerned. I was also supposed to get my period the day after we did stuff but it never came. Ik I’m not pregnant but can that cause a late period.
