I feel like I can (female) ejaculate, but struggling getting over the line.

I’m in a lesbian relationship, and I find that if I’m penetrated very deeply for a certain amount of time, I can get very close to orgasm, but I have trouble releasing. When this happens, a few hours later I tend to have an abnormal discharge that (according to my research) seems to be female ejaculate (not just the normal slippery stuff). Any advice on getting there during the act would be appreciated as I’m sure my girlfriend would love it.
