Anyone else ever get told they’re getting divorced via text message?
Just want to gauge what everyone else thinks because it’s been a few years since but the fact that it was a text message still bugs me.
At the time I was on a trip and everything was supposedly fine before I left. Then one night she texted me emotional and was concerned about relationship issues we had in the past(no infidelity ever). She said that she’s concerned things won’t get better and wants a divorce all in a text. So I was blind sided and felt so disrespected and hurt that after the few weeks when she tried to take it all back I couldn’t even stomach it.
Anyway, any of you men ever been disrespected like this before. Not even given a chance to communicate.
