What are your thoughts and experiences on diet apps?

  1. As with most other diet-related paraphernalia, they’re bad for my mental and physical health and I avoid them now after having bad experiences with them.

  2. I try to stay off of them. The only app I use for “diet” is SuperCook, you put what you have in your pantry in the ingredients list and it generates recipes from your items. You can also choose diet styles or search specific recipes. It’s also free.
