Feel insecure dating while I still live at home

I 25F still live at home with my mum. I am studying full time so cannot afford to move out. My dad passed away 3 years ago so it feels only right to be with my mum. I recently met a great guy (28) and we have been talking lots and are going on a date in a few days. He told me he owns 2 houses and this made me feel a bit insecure. He seemed a bit weird by the fact I only work 3 days a week – it’s hard working more with my study load. I plan to move out in the future and have savings I could live off comfortably, but I don’t see the point right now. It made me wonder if guys care if you still live at home? The fact he owns two houses and I still live at home makes me feel like maybe I’m not good enough for him
