Hello, so first I’d like to say I understand how sweet this is and how much I appreciate it.
So me and my bf have been dating for a few months but have known each other for over a year now, and every time we go out anywhere he pays for everything. Once again I genuinely appreciate it. But with my past I’m just slightly uncomfortable about him paying for everything. I’ve had the conversation slightly with him and he’s always said it’s just the way he was raised and his mother would be disappointed in him if she found out I paid for things. Is there anything I can do to convince him to let me pay for things? Or should I just start sneaking money into his wallet at some point? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
