Me (21 F) and my BF (20M). Long story short there is a couple things that make me uncomfortable that he would like to experience that I’m not 100% on board. Examples are: going clubbing with just his guy friends, off roading, traveling to Mexico with just his friends etc. the reason why I feel uncomfortable is because his friends are single and are always around girls especially clubbing. Sometimes they even brag about girls dancing all over them. I trust my mans but I don’t trust his friends. We are high school sweethearts and have been dating for 4 years. He’s my first boyfriend and I too have not experienced much either. I’ve never gone clubbing, I’ve never off-road or traveled out the country with my friends. Idk how to feel about this statement it kind of makes me sad ( Ik Ik I’m such a sensitive girl lol). Anyways I’m 21 and he’s 20. He called me insecure and idk maybe I am? But it just hit home when he told me that he wishes he met me more in the future so he can experience these things and added on that he feels trapped. Keep in mind he goes where ever he wants with his friends but I kinda draw the line when it’s out of the country activities or off roading. I did reassure him that id be 100000% willing to go with him on these adventures so we can experience them together. Plus I’ve seen many couples do these types of things with friends. However he does not want to. Idk what’s your guys opinion.
TL;DR , my boyfriend told me he wishes he would’ve met me in the future and I’m not sure how I should feel about this.
