I've been invited to a wedding on a Tuesday, in December, in Dublin (I know it's not UK, but I assume there's connections and I'm in UK myself).
I don't have to attend; I could bail out, so I'm not too bothered by it. Still, I was wondering why they would set it on a Tuesday.
It's 3 months away, so I'm assuming it's not a shotgun wedding.
I assume weddings are cheaper on Tuesday-Thursday, so… are they just being cheap?
The idea that they are being cheap while forcing half the guests to take at least 2 days off is rubbing me the wrong way.
Looking for people with a few weddings on their backs to give me more plausible reasons to organise a wedding on a Tuesday.
