Happily married here, just curious what you all think. Neither wife nor I have ever been divorced before, we met in when I was late 20's she was mid 20's.
I believe the context of why the divorce happened matters and I believe it takes a certain strength to marry again. I dated a woman before my wife dumped her when she told me she was twice divorced(not just once like she initially said) because it showed a difference in our value system. I dated my wife a few months after and thank god I did because we are a better match.
Looking back now; I feel I was judgemental yet I have no regrets for doing that despite her being in love with me. And it led me to meeting my wife. Thoughts? Would you date a woman who was twice divorced?
