Lately, I’ve been waking up at the same time in the middle of the night, and I can’t seem to go back to sleep. At first, I thought it was just stress or maybe bad sleep habits, but it’s been happening more often, and now I’m starting to wonder if there’s something else going on.

It feels like something is keeping me awake like there’s something I need to pay attention to. I’m starting to think this restlessness might be about more than just being tired…it might be a sign that something in my life isn’t quite right.
