What has helped you get up in the morning in your 20's? I'm 21, barely any passion or motivation. I don't care for the gym anymore. I feel tired all the time (unrelated issue I think). I don't feel depressed, but I feel stagnant. It's like I'm on autopilot again and I find that horrifying. I don't take care of myself nor do I feel any motivation to. Any advice?
