So the woman I have been with for a few months and I have moments when everything is great. We both want the same things out of a relationship and are both really invested in working on our communication. But we keep having these…tiffs I guess you could call them. This is only the 3rd relationship Ive ever been in and every relationship shes had before me was some form of abusive. Im from a single parent household and I dont have any good relationship examples really anywhere around me. Im under the impression that the beginning of a relationship is supposed to be the "honeymoon" portion when shits most easy. How do I know what is a "normal" amount of disagreements? I dont want to loose out on something that might be great in the long run just because I have an unrealistic expection of how things be.
