What do you make of the song “It’s a Man’s, Man’s, Man’s World” by James Brown?

Do you find it offensive? Or do you find it to be feminist? Is it trying to be romantic/affectionate towards women? Is it working to demonstrate that despite things men have done, none of it matters/would matter without women (like none of this tangible shit matters – women are what matter)?
