33 year old man, dad of 2, husband (184 cm/ 6ft, 95 kg / 210 lbs) here, and I just wanted to ask you to rate a few things about yourself, if possible. I thought it would be be a great way to have a bit of introspective and self evaluation.

Would be interesting to know how you rate the following stats:

Overall mental health 1 – 10

Level of overall happiness 1 – 10

Bonus questions:
What things, if any, would you like to improve? Do you plan on doing it, and if yes, how do you plan on doing it?

I would like to improve on all the things in the list, sometimes it is just hard to for me to maintain the motivation with all that life is throwing at me. Time management is also something I should work on.

Any tips from fellow men in a similar situation or, any tips in general?
