realizing i have no hobbies

so i recently got out of a relationship and haven’t really been out looking for anything new, but the other day it struck me. once i get to the point of dating again what am i gonna say that my hobby is when i don’t have any? i want to start a hobby but idk what interest me especially right now that between my work/school life i have no time. i feel embarassed that i dont have any.
