Recurring yeast infection

Hi this is a throwaway account. I M37 and wife 25 years. Wife has been struggling with continuous yeast issues in the vagina the doctor puts her on antibiotics and the yeast comes back and it makes sexual intercourse a bit of a challenge. After some time the yeast reoccurs again. We have two kids. This issue started after our first born who is turning 6 this year. Anyone aware of such issues please assist. Help will be greatly appreciated
