Need some advise ASAP

Hello, i just startet a education after school. My problem is that we have to go every 2 months 2 weeks in a row to a special school. We all are in a hotel during this. The first time we got single rooms but this time it is a double room. The problem ist that the people who didnt find anyone to go in a room with, gets a random person. Im 17m. I have a bit social anxiety and im bad af at small talk. What can I do? I dont want any akward silence all the time. Any advise?
