I am 35 year-old and for most of what I would call my working life, I've always dreaded those questions about qualities and weaknesses in job interviews. I think I'm just good with saying the first BS that comes to my mind…
I feel like I've never known and still don't know myself, what I want, what I aim for and what I don't want.
I hear so many times: "oh this guy is such and such", or other people getting compliments.
Am I too old to ask others what they see in me?
