Next year, I'm planning to attend a festival that's about 3 and a half hours away from where I live. A friend who I’ll be at the festival with offered me a place to stay at their house since it will be too late to catch a train back, and they live very close to the festival. I'll be taking a train back home the next day.
I've known this friend for about 3 years, and we're fairly close. The festival is on a Sunday, and I won't have any commitments the next day, so I won't have to leave by a specific time. What time should I aim to leave though? I don't want to leave too early and appear like I'm rushing to get away, but I also don't want to overstay my welcome and seem like I don't want to leave. I'm autistic and not the best at social things like this or knowing what's best to do
