Husband bought ball deodorant. Sign for cheating?

Two months ago My husband and I got into a big fight, and he decided to move to the guest bedroom. A week ago I was cleaning the house and found out he bought a groin trimmer. I confronted him and he claimed that he used it for his body hair and he just wanted to take care of himself. Today I found out he also got a ball deodorant. Are those signs for him cheating? Could there be other reasons why he got them?
