You often see videos on reddit that appear to have been recorded by fixed cameras IN homes. What is the reason? Evidence in case someone breaks in? Isn't it strange for the family to be constantly recorded (even if they know about the camera)?
I live in Germany and this is a completely unknown phenomenon here.
