Hey, I’m 26, social anxious and worried I’m losing friends. I’ve struggled with social anxiety for years and have very few friends. I’m scared some of these friendships feel quite surface level as I struggle to go deeper with people. Weather this is through no asking the right questions, then not feeling completely comfortable around me because of my anxious energy or because I don’t often reach out in times of need due to feeling like a burden (then in turn people don’t reach out to me)

How do I fix this? What questions are good ask? And how do feel more comfortable to be vulnerable around people?

Any advice or help is super appreciated
