Girl I'm seeing is a Nurse and works 10 hour shifts but she's quite a bit overweight and out of shape. Outside of that she's a keeper, very sweet and caring person. I like her despite her chubbiness, I can overlook it no problem but since I workout and lead a healthy/active lifestyle, I would like her to participate in those activities to stay healthy, have preventive measures in place for your future health and if she wants to lose a few kilo's, that would be a nice bonus. She clearly doesn't like her body since she covers up with turtlenecks and baggy pants.

Is there a tactful way to suggest to go for a walk or to the gym with me without being " controlling " or pushy? Since it's quite early in our dating timeline, idk if 2 weeks is too early to suggest such a thing?
