I wanted to get your thoughts on something that has been on my mind lately regarding one of my colleagues at work. Recently, she has become noticeably more friendly and overly kind towards me. Before, she was also nice, but her behavior has changed quite a bit—she used to be more playful and would tease me, but now that dynamic has disappeared.
I’m curious if you have any insight into what could cause such a shift in behavior. What might be the reasons for someone becoming excessively kind all of a sudden, especially when they were already friendly but in a different, more lighthearted way before?
I’d appreciate any advice or thoughts you might have on this situation.
