Hi everyone, I want to create my own workout program consisting of three mesocycles: the first for strength building, the second for hypertrophy, and the third for cutting. What I need now is to know which training format to adopt, which exercises are best suited for each format, and what tempo to apply for each exercise. In your opinion, are there any books that discuss this kind of topic? Please share your resources with me.
