I will preface this by saying that I come in peace, so please be kind. I’ll admit that I’m a bit scared of asking it here because you know… I feel this is can be triggering and I might end up crucified for this, but my curiosity is getting the best of me.

As a bi woman, my experience with dating and being intimate with women might be a bit different from most men. But from my perspective, I’ve found that emotional maturity goes a long way when it comes to attracting women (both from my experience as a woman and as someone who dates them). And quite frankly I find that the bar is really low for men in general (both in terms of physical appearance but also in terms of basic decency) – and feel like it’s the general consensus amongst women.

I recently read a post where several men mentioned having years of dry spells, but none of them seemed to fully grasp why. For those who’ve gone through that, what’s your theory behind it? Do you think it’s something that’s within your control, or is it completely out of reach? And if it’s the latter, do you find yourself relating to incels?
