I’ve been with him for basically 5 years. We have been doing great recently and idk what happened but i haven’t heard from him in almost 3 days and I’m worried. we never go more than a day without texting and he’s left me on read 3 times now. I
sent him one last message to tell him I hope he’s okay and I love him but what do i do now? I have 1 friend who lives 15 hours away and he’s my only other person I have in my life. I just wanna know why he’s ignoring me, I can’t think of any reasons why and I feel like i’m gonna go crazy if he doesn’t just say something, anything..
I just needed to get to this outta my mind and somewhere else, I have extreme anxiety and he knows this. I just hope this isn’t the end after all our history. If this reaches you somehow I hope you’re okay.

  1. Maybe call his relatives to see ask if anything has happened to him because of the lack of response?

  2. Have you tried to call or only text? If he hangs up on you you’ll at least know he’s in one piece.

  3. Can you text or call any of his friends or family members? If this is out of the ordinary for him, it’s okay to reach out and have someone check on him. If there’s any way to contact where he works, maybe ask if he has shown up lately? If not, then its probably best to contact the police for a welfare check.

  4. I definitely think you should call him. For one thing, if this is odd behavior from him you should make sure he’s okay.

    I hate to say this because I know it’s hard, but when I have gone 3 days without contacting a s/o it has been because I am working up the courage to break up with them. I don’t know the whole situation and I hope that’s not the case, but it is something you should be prepared for. Either way, you should call him. You deserve an answer either way.

    I’m sorry you’re going through this. As a person with anxiety, I know that waiting around and staring at your phone will only make it worse. If he continues to ignore you, go for a drive or focus on a hobby but don’t wait up for a response. You’re going to be okay.
