so I (F18) just saw my ex boyfriend (M18) again after not seeing or speaking to him for a year. I have been fully over him for many months and he has a new girlfriend and everything. We ended nicely but also I would never want anything to ever happen between us again.
I just felt like chatting about how weird it is seeing them after acting as if they didn’t exist anymore. It’s so strange to think that at one point in my life that person was my world and so deeply in love with him. All the memories, all the secrets.
Yet when I saw him its like there’s no association with that physical person and the person in my memories. As if he is different person now in my head. Things like that are so weird one day they are everything to you and the next it’s all over and you don’t see them for a year.
