I’m 20(m) & trying to figure out this dating thing, but failing badly. I’m very shy(can’t look a girl in the eye) and have very low confidence (especially around girls) and don’t know what to do. Any suggestions would be nice. Also can i find someone through social media? Cuz I am failing to do so.

  1. It’s like anything else – you need practice. Force yourself to look girls in the eyes. Set goals for yourself like talking to four girls per day.
