I don’t know the first steps to take. It’s been a while. I don’t know how to go to the bar alone, or make friends in my age group.

I need some ideas. Anyone down to talk about ways to improve my social life?

  1. It doesn’t have to be the bar, it can be a sport, game, league. Pour into yourself, learn a new skill like an instrument or to dance.

  2. i’m the same boat tbh and best i can say is it helps to have hobbies. beside it being really good for decompressing and dealing with anxiety, it’s also just something to talk to new people about
