I’m too nice, and I want to stop. I’m pleasing all the wrong people, and not getting anything done. I’m burning out quickly. I’ve worked incredibly hard to get to where I am, and I’m stuck now because I can’t find it in myself to be competitive and fight for position.
How can I be competitive and be the boss bitch I want to be?
