2. I‘m sorry. You were right, I should start therapy

3. A sincere apology is the only thing I want to hear.

   Followed by an explanation of why she did what she did.

   Then some kind of an assurance that it will never happen again with a plan for her to seek help.

   Anything outside of that – and I’m not interested.

4. Your father and I are getting a divorce. You’ll finally get two Christmases

5. I’m taking my mental health seriously, I’m checked in to the psych ward and I’m going to listen/take my meds.
