Does life change dramatically between 29-31 or 39-41 mentally?

   Those two time ranges are far too short to make a generalization for everyone.

   On the other hand, life does change a lot between 29 – 41.

2. Never personally understood the idea that 30 or 40 (or 50 or 60) are some sort of turning point in someone’s life, rather than things that happen at 26 or 33 or 41.

   Your age is just a number in a base-10 format. There’s no meaning behind it.
