Has anyone ever reconnected with a past romantic interest?

1. The girl who I’ve loved the most in my whole life sent me a message after several years, it was some months ago.
   I really don’t know why.
   She called me, asked me if I was doing alright, gave me an update of her life and then, again, she disappeared.

   It was one of the happiest moments I’ve had this year so far, haha.

2. Not me personally, but one of my friends once dated a guy for about 6 months and then they ended things because they just weren’t working out. About two years later they matched with each other on tinder and decided and meet up again, this time it worked out perfectly and they’ve been going out ever since! Some times some things don’t work out because of timing, but in a few years when you turn into different people things can work out much better!

3. I saw someone on an app that I had a crush on 18 years ago. The crush was mutual, apparently, and we had a recent short-lived fling. It was nice living the fantasy of my 16 year old self 😂
