how do i critique my friends without seeming rude?

a few days ago i got covid, so i put myself into quarantine and missed a few school days. during this time, only one of my friends reached out and checked in on me, but the others didn’t send me a single message. all of my friends are new, but i still want to call them out on not keeping in touch when i was gone, i just don’t know how.
