When im doing good, i get overwhelmed and for the next few days and it’s almost like im depressed.

I feel like for getting to the level of others people i’ll have to work extremely hard on my social skills but even then it wont be enough, because of my nature (how i was raised, my parents).

People that were once very shy and awkward and now made it, did you work hard for improving your social skills or it just came natural? And if you did work, do you still put effort for keeping your social skills great? (p.e. doing medidation, watching improvement videos, talking a lot trough the day, meeting new people).

  1. Being a gamer with voice chat really helped over the years. You aren’t a loser cause, it’s something you can only casually work on…. And remember no one is perfect.
