I am currently living in a 2 bed housing association flat. Acquired through my county council process.
I am looking for some advice on how I can achieve a mutual exchange for another property. I am looking to up size but I am flexible on location and I know my flat has some unique selling points.
I have been unable to find anything on reddit. There are a few dedicated websites, all of which cost money. I am aware that Facebook groups exist, but I avoid that like its the plague so I am looking for another option if anyone could help?

Your local council/ HA should have details of mutual exchange registers, try asking a housing officer.
There’s a site called Homeswapper that people use. Generally it’s worth speaking to the housing association/council and they will give you the main websites people use.
