So i work as an IT job and i had build up a windows server and i kind of didn’t managed to do it because i only knew some basics about setting up a windows server. Now i sometimes ask my coworker which are definitely more qualified than me for some help and they tell me they don’t know either how to do it and avoid me when i ask them for help. For some reason i try to do it anyway because i gotta do it anyway but when we wanted to look what I’ve done so far he tells me that the structure doesn‘t make sense and needs to be done completely new from the beginning. So i assumed ok, he has more knowledge in IT than i do, i trust him. I follow what he says and do it again and then he tells me its wrong again. But this time i even explain him why the change doesnt matter and argues with me for 10 minutes and then He contradicts to what he said and tells me that he has to go. (We did that 3 times where he left the call and joined again 3 times the whole day).
Im i just overthinking to much or is it true that im beeing socially abused and should do something against?
