A question for women in this sub

I (24 M) was recently talking to this girl, and we seemed to hit it off really well. We’re both musicians and even played a show together. I thought she was really cool and asked her out, to which she politely refused, which I was okay with. We continued to talk for several more months, but recently my messages have been left unread. Do women sometimes just decide to stop talking to guys in some cases? I’m trying to figure out what I did wrong.
