I am a big overthinker, sometimes mechanical. My boyfriend and I always make out before sex but it’s gotten into the comfortable routine of being in bed with one of us on top, running hands up and down each other’s bodies, and having occasional neck kisses while peeling off clothes one at a time.
I can feel he’s getting a little bored with it and I would love to get some tips on things to try! Maybe teasing, but I’m not sure how. Or exciting places to try putting my hands? What are some fun ways to get clothes off?
Before anyone says “ask him yourself!!” I have tried. Didn’t yield any particularly interesting results and it’s also a little embarrassing because it makes me feel like a high schooler lol.
Looking to get a mental list of a few things to try out next time and gauge his reaction.

Get some outfits role play and spice it up! I am always buying new outfits for her I have a nurse now lol Toys are good too I am male but even have toys myself and use those on her and sometimes she uses them on my or I use on myself.
Why always in the bed? Unless you can’t because you live with other people, try someplace else. Sit on his lap on the couch, have him pin you to the wall, sit on the counter,… Or try something else, so instead of making out give each other massages
You could drive him madder by not fully making out, as in, you don’t push your mouth against his as hard and if he comes towards you or leans in more you pull away keeping the kiss more faint.

It’s a delicate balance of giving him the pleasure of making out and not fulfilling it enough to make him go mad, you should see him get more into it
Act normal, then hide under the duvet totally naked and just say you’re cold so he doesn’t realise why you’re mostly under the covers, cover your shoulders with your hair. Wait for him to find out. I did that to my ex and it always used to make him laugh and we’d have great sex after. He started doing it to me too because he knew how much it would make me laugh.
