I’m 18m b.tech student . my exam is near but couldn’t start to study .only i do lots of overthinking and i can’t overcome from this . whenever I try to study i started thinking about girls ,movies and everything .but now I also started watching porn and doing masterbate because of that i stop going to gym.now i think my life is useless that’s why i started thinking about sucide ….
